Please note:  When choosing herbs for women, always check the facts.   If you are pregnant, search if a particular herb is induces labor, causes bleeding or makes the uterus contract.   If you are healing cyst or Fibroid tumors,  try to avoid herbs that mimic or have an estrogen effect.   If you are menopausal or infertile, you may want an herb that has an estrogen effect.    Always do your research.  You are in control of your body and health.
