Black Cohosh

Dong Quai Used to treat Infertility, menstrual cramps and PMS.
Fenugreek Known to increase milk production in lactating women, enlarge breast, minimize symptoms of menopause. Fenugreek also has a great side effect that may make your sweat or urine smell like maple syrup. Fine by me!
Yarrow Helps with uterine bleeding issues. Stops hemorrhages.
Ashwagandha Increasing vitality and enhances sexual stamina. It’s called the female aphrodisiac.
Wild Yam The dried root of wild yam contains the phytoestrogen diosgenin that can be chemically transformed to the hormone progesterone.
Red Clover (Not ideal for Fibroids). Red clover can elevate the chemicals mimicking estrogen processes. May be good for menopause and Osteoporosis.
Please note: When choosing herbs for women, always check the facts. If you are pregnant, search if a particular herb is induces labor, causes bleeding or makes the uterus contract. If you are healing cyst or Fibroid tumors, try to avoid herbs that mimic or have an estrogen effect. If you are menopausal or infertile, you may want an herb that has an estrogen effect.
