Coconut Bliss mmmmm.

Coconut Bliss Cherry Amaretto, where have you been all my life?  Cherry ice cream definitely didn’t seem appealing to me, but this ice cream is so scrumptious.  It’s smooth and creamy, with bites of real cherries.  The best part?  After I inhaled it, I didn’t feel weighed down, like I would with regular ice cream and soy ice cream.  I was still my light and airy self.  Coconut Bliss is truly quality.

I Have to say, Mint Galactica really touched my heart when it touched my tongue.  I thought my days of having mint and chocolate ice cream were long gone.  But it looks like they’re back baby!

The taste of creamy mint ice cream, with little chocolate bits and sweetened with agave syrup, really put me in my happy place.  Coconut Bliss is Calivegan approved.
